Ms. Barros previously served as the deputy director of program operations for OHM/Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, according to a March 18 news release from Episcopal Health. She also served as associate executive director of Behavioral Health & Psychiatry at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem in New York City.
Ms. Barros has experience in the criminal justice system, having served as unit chief of the mental health center at Rikers Island and director of forensic mental health services at Nassau County Correctional Center/Nassau University Medical Center.
